It's good value. The rooms are great-sized and stylish with TV, 2 single beds, tea. This place is in a magnificent location to the back garden area.

The rooms are cheap and have exceptional view of a mountain of old duvets. Private bathroom is clean. It has GREAT and stunning location and free parking, and it's very close to tube, and Kensington High Street where there is a really nice Yo Sushi.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good by English standards, included toast, egg, jam, butter, cheese, tomatoes, fruit, muesli, croissants, coffee, cocoa and cold drinks. Bus stop in front of the door and underground station 10 minutes walking distance. Room small but clean. Comfortable beds

Well priced hotel in London with patient staff with amazing service. Reasonably priced and best possible location near Westfield shopping centre, wonderful restaurants in the local area.

My favourite aspect was most definitely the girl form housekeeping who was friendly, exceedingly helpful and really eager to keep us as comfortable and happy as possible. Even after I missed breakfast by 15 minutes, she still offered to make me a sammitch. Class. :]
They had no door signs... ...You know... ...Do not disturb? ;D other than that, it was bitterly cold during the day and the central heating was turned off despite my being in the room at the time.

The hotel is convenient toShepherds Bush, 10 minutes walk to Westfield Shopping Centre. I would recommend using Shepherds Bush tube station as a link rather than Goldhawwk Rd or alternatively get the 220 from Hammersmith. The room I stayed in was a single room but was comfortable though restrictive in size. The facilities were ffine, tv ketttle, shower etc My two nights were £88 in total which for London was fine. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and maintained each day. The breakfast was good with a choice of tea/coffee, orange juice, cereals, yoghurts, eggs fried or scrambled, toast. Certainly one could have a good breakfast before setting off for the day
It is not very well signposted outside. The breakfast area is very cluttered with unecessary materials and is also serves as the reception area. The website recommended Goldhawk Rd tube but as I said above I think access is better by Shepherds Bush or bus from Hammersmith

I think the previous negative views on this hotel are a bit harsh and petty. You don't get luxury; that reflects in the price and shouldn't expect it. What you do get is a clean room, clean sheets and clean shower room with good, basic needs. The male staff were very helpful in helping me work the tv and provided extra milk with a smiling face. They also offered to carry my case to my room.
However, I was going to give this hotel full marks until I came down to breakfast and was confronted with a surly, unhelpful female waitress. She snatched a slice of cold, white dried piece of bread she called toast out of my hand when I asked her politely to exchange it for a warm, brown one. Wasn't too much to ask, was it?? I don't expect luxury for the price I pay but do expect staff to be polite and helpful no matter the cost of the stay. Shepherds Bush Road is busy with traffic all day and night so don't expect a quiet, peaceful stay. Also, other guests kept slamming doors but that's not the hotel's fault.

It is surprising to me that this hotel has a fire certificate (I am assuming it has...) Because there appeared to me to be no fire escape in a vertical and aging building: just one narrow staircase. To me - I should say that I am not a h&s inspector - it seemed like a fire trap. It is a very basic place, staffed with pleasant but untrained people - one only at a time apparently.

Location of the hotel; friendly staff
Shower was cold. When it got warmer, the water got so hot you couldn't shower.

The location was a highlight, and the availability of a large fan in the room was helpful during the hot weather. The room space was disappointing. It felt cramped and the shower had very low water pressure. The old hotel showed signs of needing maintenance. Given these factors, the experience could be suitable for those on a budget but likely unsatisfactory for others.

Where to start!!. This hotel is diabolical . Firstly only reason I chose it as it was close to where I needed to stay only decent thing about it. Secondly the hotel owner is really LAZY! when i say lazy. He did not even tell us about curfews we were basically locked out for an hour or 2!. then he complained because we woke him up! not our fault Thirdly: the hotel was an absolute disgrace no duvets on the bed room stunk of cigarette smoke cigarette stains on the wall. it was just awful!!. If I were you I would pay a bit extra to stay in a chain hotel. 4thly: this hotel owner tried to over charge us room was meant to be £63 per night they tried to over charge us £123 per night we only booked one night!!. If I had my choice I would of reufsed to pay the £63 that is how bad the hotel was. Even a £23 hostel I stayed in was a lot cleaner and better than this dump!!. 5thly the shower wasnt even a shower!! it was one of these plug in shower heads it wasnt even a proper shower head. I needed a shower but i refused to use it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!. I have stayed in some pretty bad hotels in my time but this one has to be the worst.!!.
